Setup takes 30 to 45 minutes and we always arrive early, so everything is ready before your first guest walks up.

Do you need power or water access at my Brandon venue?
No. Our mobile espresso bar runs independently. We bring our own water supply and don't need a dedicated power hookup at most Brandon venues, which makes us a fit for backyard parties, community parks, and outdoor gatherings, not just indoor spaces with existing infrastructure.
Can you set up indoors and outdoors in Brandon?

Is there a travel fee to book Sage's Playground in Brandon?
Brandon is part of our core Tampa Bay service area, so most Brandon bookings don't carry an extra travel fee. If your venue is further out toward the edge of our coverage area, we'll let you know upfront before you book, never as a surprise.
