Every booking includes a professional barista, a fully equipped mobile espresso bar, unlimited handcrafted drinks for your entire service window, specialty coffee from Otus Coffee roasted in Winter Garden FL, alternative milks, house syrups, and all cups and supplies. Setup and breakdown are included. You don't lift a finger.

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for smaller events and 6 to 8 weeks for weddings and large corporate events. That said, if you have a last-minute need, reach out anyway. We'll do our best to make it work. Popular dates in Tampa Bay fill up fast, especially November through April.

Yes. Sage's Playground serves all of Tampa Bay including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Seminole, Wesley Chapel, Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakeland, and Spring Hill. Events further out may include a travel fee. Reach out and we'll let you know.

Sage's Playground can serve events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 20 to large corporate events and conferences of 500 or more. We scale our setup and staffing based on your guest count to make sure every person gets a great drink without a long wait.

Yes. We offer branded cups with your company name, event hashtag, or wedding monogram. Custom cart wrapping is also available for brand activations and corporate events. Sage's Playground typically needs 30 to 45 minutes to set up before your event starts. We always arrive early so everything is ready to go the moment your guests walk in. Just let us know your event start time when you book and we'll coordinate arrival accordingly.

Yes. Sage's Playground is fully licensed and insured for events across Tampa Bay. We can provide proof of insurance upon request, which many corporate venues and event coordinators require. Just ask when you reach out and we'll send it over.
