How far in advance should we book?
For weekend weddings, we recommend booking 2-3 months out to make sure your date is available. Reach out even if it's closer, we'll do what we can.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes. We've served ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions outdoors and indoors alike. All we need is a standard power outlet and about a 10x10 ft space for the cart.
What if our venue doesn't have power nearby?
No problem. We carry a power bank for venues without accessible outlets, so lack of power isn't a reason to rule us out.
Do you serve during the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception?
Whichever fits your day best. Many couples choose cocktail hour, but we can also do a getting-ready coffee service or set up during the reception itself.
