How far in advance should we book?
For conferences and large office events, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks out. Smaller client meetings and pop-ups can often be arranged on shorter notice, just reach out and we'll do what we can.
Can you set up recurring service for our office?
Yes. We work with a number of Tampa Bay companies on weekly or monthly office coffee days. Reach out and we'll figure out a schedule and rate that fits your office.
Do you invoice, or take purchase orders?
We don't currently work with purchase orders. Payment is handled directly when you book, reach out and we'll walk you through it.
What's the minimum for a corporate booking?
Corporate events start at $750, and pricing scales with guest count and service length. Reach out for a custom quote.
Do you serve indoor offices, not just outdoor events?
Yes. We set up in office lobbies, conference rooms, and break rooms just as easily as outdoor spaces. All we need is a standard power outlet and about a 10x10 ft space to set up the cart.
Can we add custom branding to the cups?
Yes, custom branding is available. Let us know when you request a quote.
